Cty Cllr. Owens

Elected in the May 2025 County elections, Cty Cllr Adrian Owens is the first Our West Lancashire councillor to represent residents at County Hall.  This may well be a defining period for West Lancashire as the prospect of devolution looms on the horizon.  Representing the County Ward of Ormskirk East, which encompasses Simonswood Parish, he is now in a position to advance the concerns that for so long appear to have been ignored by County Council.

Adrian is also a Ward Councillor for Rural South and is the Chairman of the Our West Lancashire Group and is a strong advocate of the ambition to ‘Put Residents first and foremost’.  A link to the Groups’ website and core policies is included below.
