Parish Cllr. Mercer

Cllr. Jim Mercer comes from a proud line of farmers and has lived and worked in Simonswood all his life, continuing his family’s tradition of arable and beef farming on the Parish border. With 27 years of service on the Parish Council, he brings a deep-rooted understanding of rural life and a strong commitment to protecting it. He remains passionate about preserving Simonswood’s heritage and is dedicated to ensuring that one of West Lancashire’s smallest but mightiest parishes continues to have a strong and united voice.
